Remember when Trevor Moran dramatically passed out on The X Factor USA?
He recently reflected on that dramatic and memorable audition.
Throwback: Watch Trevor Pass out on The X Factor USA
Years ago, Trevor auditioned on the now-cancelled X Factor USA.
“I’m Trevor Moran, I’m 13 years old. I got my supporters here! We are here on this hot, sunny day in San Francisco, California. Right now, I am at the X Factor auditions!.”
His parents Nicole and Tim talked about him. “Trevor, ever since he was little, has ALWAYS loved to dance,” his mom said. “Loves to just perform. That’s why he does his videos, everything!”
Trevor admitted that he was a great dancer. “That’s what people say! I have wanted to be a star since I was 3 or 4. Seein’ all those music videos and everything. I’m trying to get myself out there. Doing these videos have really built up my confidence.”
“Ever since I was a little kid, dancing plus singing – that’s Trevor! It’s me!”
Then Trevor passed out. A producer was trying to find him. “One of our contestants, Trevor Moran is supposed to be backstage right now. I cannot find him. Anyone have eyes on him? I need him on deck to go on stage!”
A producer found him, and found the perfect chance to ramp up the drama. “I have Trevor here on the concourse. Very pale. Laying on the ground. I think we’re going to have to call the paramedics.”
Producers used his passing out drama as the cliffhanger for the next episode.
Trevor eventually made it on the stage to perform LMFAO’s Sexy and I Know It.

Trevor Talks About Why He REALLY Passed Out
He recently told Us Weekly about his passing out moment.
He said that his mom gave him jellybeans to give him more energy on the day. However, they weren’t enough. “Mom! The jellybeans aren’t working. So I need to pump it up.”
He ended up consuming a 5-Hour Energy drink on an empty stomach later on, despite never trying one before.
Because of this, he felt very ill and “felt possessed”. “I could not control my body!” He then passed out.
On-site paramedics rushed to help him, but said nothing was wrong. “You’re NOT heaving a heart attack! You’re fine. Kid. Calm down! A panic attack and too much caffeine.”
He eventually made it onto the stage.
